When reviewing the legends for all figures associated with Fxhibit 7, Item 23, Part K— Sediment <br />Control System for the Temporary Facilities Pond, it is stated that a curve number 63 is used for <br />undisturbed land. According to the exhibit description, this curve number does not match the one <br />used for the model. Please provide updated j lgures for Exhibit 7, Item 23, Part K— Sediment Control <br />System for the Temporary Facilities Pond that match the actual curve number used in the model <br />Response: A curve number of 63 was utilized in the model, and is shown on Exh. 7-23, Figure K1. <br />On page Exh. 7-23K-1 it indicated a curve number of 57 was employed. This was a typographical <br />error that has been corrected to 63. <br />12. The Division is currently cakulating the reclamation cost estimate for the associated changes with <br />TR -108. The Division will provide the reclamation cost estimate in a follow-up adequacy letter once <br />c ompleted. <br />Response: No response required at this time. <br />Also included with this adequacy response is a change of index sheet to ease incorporation into the <br />permit document.
