(AI) dated March 4, 2010, Al <br />and Westminster hereby mutually agree to a 2017 total annual delivery amount of 120 acre feet as <br />set forth in the following delivery schedule for 2017: <br />All values In ac -ft Feb -17 Mar -17 Nov -17 Dec -17 Total <br />21 20 16 38 25 120 <br />Delivery locations will be as outlined in paragraph 2.3 of said agreement, and delivery will be at a <br />constant flow rate during each month of delivery, as nearly as practicable. Al and Westminster <br />further agree that the annual lease payment for 2017 shall be prorated based upon the 2017 annual <br />delivery amount of 120 acre-feet.
