The pertinent components of the application and exhibits have been revised to reflect the
additional affected area and permit area of the access road. This includes the following:
Page Map_
A-1 C-2
E-1 C-4
-
 F-2
A notice has been provided to the only additional neighbor within 200 ft: the Colorado
Department of Transportation. The certified mail receipt for this notice is attached.
2. The Applicant has stated the maximum volume of processing fines to be stockpiled is 20,000
cy. However, Map C-2 states the maximum volume of processing fines to be stockpiled is
10,000 cy. Please clarify this discrepancy..
Map C-2 has been clarified to reflect the 20,000 CY of fines stockpiling.
6.4.12 Exhibit L -Reclamation Costs
3. The Applicant did not address Item No. 48 in the Division's Preliminary Adequacy Review
Letter dated February 3, 2017. Please revise the reclamation cost estimate to account for
grading the dredge highwalls to 2H.•I V or less, or otherwise provide a technical justification
for why this reclamation task is not accounted for.
Highwalls will be reclaimed as mining finishes in an area, knocking them down to 2H:IV. Since
this grading is concurrent, there is no need to bond for it.
6.4.19 Exhibit S- Permanent Man-made Structures
4. Please revise the list of structures to include State Highway 9 and any other permanent man-
made structures which are within 200 feet of the affected area. (See additional comments
under Item No. 1).
See the revised page S-1 that now includes State Highway 9.
Attachment Table
Attached Page Attached Map
,
A-1 C-2
E-1 C-4
»1 F-1
App page 1 F-2
Trout Valley Ranch 2 G"g imkw and AmciatM P,uC
