Site surveys do not indicate the presence of ground water within the <br />permit boundaries. No tributaries, ponds, or ditches are affected. <br />EXHIBIT H (6.4.8) — Wildlife Information <br />Wagner Pit is located on a historical farm location. There are no significant wildlife <br />populations in the vicinity with no seasonal use. <br />EXHIBIT I (6.4.9) - Soils Information <br />Please see included document labeled Soils Information <br />EXHIBIT J (6.4.10) — Vegetation Information <br />Currently the undisturbed acreage is agricultural wheat production <br />EXHIBIT K (6.4.11) — Climate Information <br />Moffat County is located in the Northwest corner of Colorado and is considered to be in <br />the Central Region climate according to NOAA. Craig and Northwest Colorado can <br />experience all four seasons. Northwest Colorado winter season stretches from October to <br />March with low temperatures and snow accumulation. Spring occurs in April and May <br />with gradually increasing temperatures. Summer temps are warm with low humidity <br />followed by falling temperatures in fall. <br />
