<br />made between SAN MIGUEL POWER ASSOCIATION, INC., a
<br />FN T C Colorado corporation, a corporation duly organized and existing under
<br />and by virtue of the laws of the State of Colorado, the "Grantor," and 4/7,
<br />LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, a Colorado limited liability
<br />company duly organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of
<br />the State of Colorado, the "Grantee," whose legal address is 2536
<br />Rimrock Avenue, Suite 400-280, Grand Junction, CO 81505 of the
<br />County of Mesa and State of Colorado.
<br />WITNESS, that the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and Other Good and Valuable
<br />Consideration, ($10.00), the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise, release,
<br />sell and QUITCLAIM unto the Grantee, and the Grantee's heirs and assigns, forever, all the right, title, interest,
<br />claim and demand which the Grantor has in and to the water rights located in the County of Montrose and State of
<br />Colorado, described as follows:
<br />All water, water rights, ditches, ditch rights, reservoir and storage rights, wells and well rights, springs and spring
<br />rights, and appropriations, any of which lead to, are adjudicated for use on, are appurtenant to, connected with or
<br />had and enjoyed in connection with the Property identified below, including, but not limited to, an undivided one-
<br />half (1/2) interest in and to the Meander Ditch No. 209 and an undivided one-half (1/2) interest in two (2) cubic feet
<br />per second of water of Priority No. 267 decreed thereto and by enlargement in Priority No.314 (.75 cfs) as described
<br />in Water District No. 60, Case No. 4641:
<br />Lot 3, SE%.NW%., NE%.SW'/., Section 6, Township 46 North, Range 15 West, N.M.P.M., County of Montrose, State
<br />of Colorado.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular the appurtenances and privileges
<br />thereunto belonging, or in anywise thereunto appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest and claim
<br />whatsoever, of the Grantor, either in law or equity, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the Grantee, and the
<br />Grantee's heirs and assigns, forever.
