<br /> <br />Public Notice <br /> <br /> <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, of the Colorado <br />Revised Statutes, hereby issues notice that on March 3, 2017, a minor revision application (MR -170) to <br />the Colowyo Coal Mine , Permit No. C-1981-019, operated by Colowyo Coal Company L.P., P.O. Box <br />33695, Denver, CO 80233-0695 was considered complete for the purposes of filing. MR-170 proposes a <br />short description of non-mining related disturbances that will occur within the permit boundary. Chevron <br />is planning on digging up and capping one of their unused oil lines that traverses through the permit <br />boundary just south of the Gossard Loadout. The applicant is not proposing additional surface <br />disturbance outside of the area currently approved for disturbance. All reviews and comment periods as <br />provided in the Act and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this date of filing. <br /> <br /> <br /> Posted March 6, 2017 <br /> <br /> C-MR-03
