(Tri-State) is submitting the <br />enclosed "Application Form for a Revision to a Coal Mining and Reclamation Permit" for a <br />technical revision on behalf of Elk Ridge Mining & Reclamation's, New Horizon North Mine. <br />Tri-State is the parent company of Elk Ridge Mining & Reclamation. The New Horizon North <br />Mine operates under the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety Permit No. C-2010-089. <br />This technical revision (TR -15) application is being submitted to revise the postmining <br />topography for the New Horizon North Mine and the 2"d Park Lateral postmining pipeline <br />location. <br />Also enclosed please find a revision application form and a change of index sheet to ease <br />incorporation of these materials into the permit.
