There
was an emergency borehole and associated road constructed in Munger Creek during
December 2005. The road is partially located within the Munger Canyon Mine permit
boundary (MR-25) and partially within the McClane Canyon Mine permit boundary (MR-37).
The entire road and drill site were included in this phase III bond release evaluation.

To facilitate bond release of the road and drill pad, I recommend the Munger Canyon permit
boundary be expanded to encompass the entire road and drill site during this bond release
process. This action would cause the Munger and McClane permit boundaries to overlap.
Once final bond release is achieved, sometime in 2018, the permit boundary overlap will be
eliminated since the Munger permit boundary will be released.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

Sincerely,

J.
