One letter from Colorado Parks and Wildlife (CPW) and a Structure Agreement are attached <br />supporting this response. <br />(1) Rule 6.4.8(d) -PCI sought clarification on noise from Bob Morris, CPW, District Wildlife Manager, Grand Junction. <br />A letter from Mr. Morris is attached, indicating the proposed operation will have no long term impacts on wildlife in <br />the area. <br />(2) A structure agreement indicating PC[ will be responsible for any mining related effects to the power line structure <br />has been executed with Grand Valley Power, owner of the power lines. <br />The operator commits to incorporate CPW comments into the development plant to reduce negative impacts on wildlife from <br />the proposed operation.
