Consideration of 110(1) Hard Rock Reclamation Permit Application

Please be advised that on February 23, 2017, Colorado Calumet Co Inc, whose address and telephone number
are P.O. Box 1169, Golden, CO 80402; (303)-918-1879, filed an application to conduct a(n) Underground
mining and reclamation operation, at or near Section 33, Township 8S, Range 78W, 6th Principle Meridian,
in Park County. Please be advised that the permit area may be located in more than one Section, Township,
and Range. Affected lands will be reclaimed to support a post-mining land use. The application decision
date is scheduled for March 24, 2017.

A copy of the application is available for review at the Park County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the office
of the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety.

writing within ten (10) days of the date of the last newspaper public notice. You should contact the applicant

activity if none are received by the end of the public comment period.
