Box 1331, Craig, CO 81626; (970) 824-4014, filed an application to convert M-1990-140, Martin Pit 1-A, a 110(c) Limited Impact Construction Materials Permit to a 112(c) Regular Construction Materials Permit. The mining and reclamation operation is located at or near Section 13, Township 6N, Range 91 W, 6 Principal Meridian,in Moffat County. The application decision is scheduled for May 18, 2017.
