2. Batch Plant: Currently certified by the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association. <br />3. Epoxy Injection Applicator: Certified by epoxy manufacturer. <br />E. Pre -construction Meeting: <br />1. Prior to installation of concrete, a jobsite meeting shall be conducted with the <br />Engineer, Contractor, concrete subcontractor, installers of related work, and other <br />involved entities. <br />2. Agenda shall include: <br />a. Mix designs, test of mixes, and Submittals. <br />b. Placement methods, techniques, equipment, and consolidation. <br />c. Water/Cement ratio. <br />d. Entrained air. <br />e. Slump and placement time. <br />f. Finishing and curing. <br />g. Admixture types, dosage, performance, and redosing. <br />h. Quality control testing. <br />i. Other specified requirements. <br />1.3 SUBMITTALS <br />A. All submittal information shall be current and completed no more than one (1) year prior <br />to commencing any related work activities. <br />B. Product Data: Manufacturer's data, recommendations, and instructions for specific use on <br />this project for products listed below. <br />1. Admixtures. <br />2. Bonding agents. <br />3. Bond breaker. <br />4. Patching materials. <br />C. Proposed Mix Design. <br />1. Prior to commencing concrete work, submit and obtain Engineer's approval of <br />certified test reports describing proposed concrete mix design, including: <br />a. Fine aggregate - Source, type, gradation, deleterious substances, and bulk -specific <br />gravity on the basis of weight of saturated surface dry aggregate (ASTM C128). <br />b.
