Preformed Control Joint: Manufacturer's written instructions for product shipment, <br />storage, handling, application, and repair. <br />1.3 QUALITY ASSURANCE <br />A. Regulatory Requirements: Acceptance of pourable joint filler for potable water structures <br />by federal EPS or by a state health agency. <br />1. Pourable Joint Filler: Certified as meeting NSF 61-90. <br />1.4 DELIVERY, STORAGE, AND HANDLING <br />A. Acceptance at Site: Verify that water stops delivered are in accordance with cross-section <br />dimensions as shown and manufacturer's product data prior to unloading and storing <br />onsite. <br />PART 2 — PRODUCTS <br />2.1 PVC WATER STOP <br />A. Extruded from an elastomeric plastic compound of which the basic resin shall be <br />polyvinylchloride (PVC). Reclaimed PVC in the compound is not acceptable. <br />B. Specific Gravity: Approximately 1.37. <br />C. Shore Durometer Type A Hardness: Approximately 80. <br />D. Performance Requirements: Corps of Engineers' Specification CRD -C-572. <br />E. Type: Center bulb. <br />F. Corrugated or tapered type water stops are not acceptable. <br />G. Minimum Weight per Foot of Water Stop: <br />1. 1.2 pounds for 1/4 -inch by 6 -inch. <br />H. Manufacturers and Catalog Numbers. <br />1. Sika Greenstreak, St. Louis, MO; (2014): Style 732 (6 -inch by 3/8 -inch). <br />2.
