F. Amendment. Except as specifically provided in Paragraph 2 (Royalty Rate Adjustment), this Lease <br /> may be modified, amended or changed only by an agreement in writing duly authorized and executed <br /> by the signers hereof or of persons acting in the same capacity for such party. <br /> G. Governing Law and Venue. This Lease and its application shall be construed in accordance with the <br /> laws of the State of Colorado. The parties agree that venue for any litigated disputes regarding this <br /> Lease shall be City and County of Denver. <br /> H. Counterparts; Electronic Execution. This Lease may be executed in pdf or counterpart signatures, <br /> each of which shall be considered an original and upon execution of all Parties shall be deemed binding <br /> upon the parties hereto. <br /> I. No Third-Party Beneficiaries. This Lease is intended to describe the rights and responsibilities of and <br /> between the parties hereto and is not intended to, and shall not be deemed to, confer rights upon any <br /> persons or entities not signatories hereto, nor to limit, impair, or enlarge in any way the powers, <br /> regulatory authority and responsibilities of either party or any other governmental entity not a party <br /> hereto. <br /> J. Non-Business Days.
