This application contains all of the required data and information for Phase I bond <br />release consideration. <br />With this application package Trapper is applying for Phase I bond release on 175.5 acres of land <br />reclaimed from 2009 through 2016 in A, F, K and Z pits. <br />The enclosed public notice has been submitted to the local newspaper for four weekly <br />publications. The public notice has been mailed directly to surface landowners within and <br />adjacent to the permit area and to other applicable planning agencies and government entities as <br />required by regulation. Copies of the certified mail receipts are included with this <br />correspondence.
