DRMS notes on page 4, the Alternative Water Supplies section states that 23 shares of water are <br />secured, while the current April 2011 version states that 27 shares are secured. Please advise DRMS if <br />indeed the shares secured were reduced from 27 in 2011 to 23 in 2017. <br />4.18 — Protection of Fish and Wildlife <br />1. Section 2.05.6(2) includes a mitigation plan to the impact of mining on Burrowing Owls and identifies <br />additional impacts to other species and wetlands. Depending on the response to the above mentioned <br />adequacy comment associated with Rule 2.04.11 and 2.05.6(2), additional mitigation measures may be <br />required.
