This NOI modification submittal and associated attachments have addressed the following: <br /> 1. Selected the Range direction on Page 2, Section I, Item #10 <br /> 2. Provided a response to the "amount of material to be extracted, moved of proposed to be moved" <br /> on Page 3, Section III, and Item#9 <br /> 3. Included proof of notice of the NOI modification application to the Clear Creek Board of County <br /> Commissioners, pursuant to Rule 5.1.2(c). <br /> The permit fee for $86.00 was included in the original November submittal. All other associated <br /> attachments are enclosed.
