Tasks 002, 003 and 004 were intended to reflect the cost to reclaim up to two acres as a <br /> worst case scenario. The task descriptions in the table were revised. <br /> 6.4.15. Exhibit O—Owners of Record of Affected Land and Owners of Substances to be Mined <br /> 17. Public lands do not exist within the proposed permit and affected area boundaries. All land <br /> within these boundaries belongs to KrauthCo or Fourmile LLC.
