We do note that the <br />i1lLadow Island bitch No. 1,a historic ditch recorded in other areas under SmithL <br />sonian number\\'.G1{I?, is <br />prtsen t on the far western es lent of the permit area. No detertivnation of efigibilit)- to either the State or <br />National Rel;tster of historic Places has been made for the resource as a \,.-hole to this point. <br />i\s most of Colorado has not been inrentoricd for cultural resourccti, our files contain incomplete information. <br />Consequendl there is the possibility that as yet unidentified cultural resources exist within die proposed permit <br />are a.
