No operator was present during the inspection. <br />The weather was cloudy and ground conditions w ere dry. Temperatures for the day were around thirty degrees <br />fahrenheit. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05 <br />Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10; <br />Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; <br />Drainage – Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9 ; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br />T he Magpie Division Ditch was inspected. The ditch was well armored with riprap and no cutting or erosion was <br />observed. There were no issues observed with the Magpie Division Ditch. <br /> <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br />The reclaimed North Dewatering Well road and Dewatering Line from the Corely Mine Well was inspect ed. <br />Vegetation along the area is sparse but no erosion was observed. No weeds were found along the length of both <br />reclaimed roads. <br /> <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS – Rule 4.02: <br />The mine identification sign was located along County Road 19. All information for complia nce was located on <br />the sign. <br /> <br /> <br />
