Danny Kipp was present during the <br />inspection. Skies were lightly cloudy and temperatures reached the low 40 degrees F. The site was clear of snow <br />and soil no longer frozen. Observed areas were undergoing cutting and filling. Dugout and Sediment Pond #2 <br />were clear of cattails. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />INSPECTION: <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS Rule 4.02 <br />o The mine site identification sign inside <br />the entrance to the facilities from <br />County Road 59 was intact, displaying <br />all required information: mine name, <br />operator name, address, phone number, <br />DRMS permit number and contact <br />information, (Photo 1). <br />o Permit boundary signs appeared intact. <br />o Topsand stockpiles observed were <br />clearly marked with identifying signs. <br /> <br />Photo 1: Mine site identification sign at entrance. <br />
