The <br />application was submitted by McClane Canyon Mining, LLC on November 1, 2010, for the McClane <br />Canyon Mine. <br /> <br />The underground mine is located approximately 19 miles North of Loma, Colorado. The permit <br />area is further described as follows: <br /> <br />Portions of Sections 3, 14, 15, 16, 21, 22, 23, 26, 27, 28, and 34, T7S, R102W, 6th PM, all in Garfield <br />County <br /> <br />Copies of the revision application are available for public review in the Division offices at the above <br />address and Mesa County Clerk and Recorder, 200 S. Spruce Street , Grand Junction, CO 81501 . <br />Copies of the Division's “Proposed Decision and Findings of Compliance” are available at your <br />County Clerk and Recorder’s office . <br />
