This permit revision application represents a comprehensive consolidation,
update, and reorganization of all previously submitted permit information.
The application is formatted to parallel the organization of the
Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coal Mining.
This format should facilitate review by allowing direct cross-reference
to applicable regulations.
