Regulation 2.05.5(2)(b) of the Rules and Regulations <br />• of the Colorado Mined land Reclamation Board specify that written comments be <br />obtained from the surface owners regarding post-mining land use. This letter <br />is written to request your comments. <br />The proposed post-mining land use for the Cribbs-Jackson lease is wildlife <br />habitat and livestock grazing. Surface disturbance within the Cribbs-Jackson <br />lease is minimal, consisting of light-use access roads, minor clearing for <br />exploratory drilling, subsidence and other mine related activities. Reclama- <br />tion is aimed at achieving the above referenced land use and will be completed <br />in accordance with CMLRB regulations upon abandonment. <br />Please submit any additional comments you may have regarding the proposed <br />post-mining land use to me at the above address. If you concur with the <br />post-mining land use described above. please acknowledge by countersigning <br />below and returning the original to me. <br />Your prompt response is sincerely appreciated.
