<br />The refuse borrow area will be sloped from south to the north <br />so that the area will drain to the existing refuse pile <br />collection ditches, and all slopes will be reduced to less than <br />3H:1V. The final configuration of the borrow area is shown on <br />Map 28, Post-Mining Topography Map (Map 28). On completion of <br />topsoil recovery from this area, some "B" horizon material will <br />remain and approximately 0.5 feet (4,900 cy) of "A" horizon <br />material will be replaced to support revegetation efforts. <br /> <br />2.05.4-14a Revised - June ?000 <br />
