Legal Description - Southfield Mine Site Permit Boundary <br /> The permit area comprises three (3) tracts of land, described below. Tract 1 and tract <br /> 2 are shown on Map 36, Mine Site Permit Boundary. Tract 3 is shown on Map 36a, Mine <br /> Site - Additional Permit Boundary. <br /> 1. Former Substation pad and light-use road access <br /> A tract of land in the SE1/4, NE1/4, section 25, Township 20S, Range 70W, 6th P.M., <br /> encompassing a reclaimed road segment and substation pad site. Road width averages <br /> 18 feet. A total area of 0.45 acres, more or less. <br /> 2. Light-use road segments adjacent to former MW-NW monitoring well <br /> A tract of land in the NW1/4, SW1/4, section 19, Township 20S, Range 69W, 6th P.M., <br /> encompassing a road segment running west and starting at the ROW boundary of <br /> County Road 15, and an adjoining reclaimed spur road to the north. Road width of <br /> both roads averages 18 feet. A total area of 0.70 acres, more or less. <br /> 3. Lower portion of the Magpie Permanent Diversion Channel associated with the <br /> reclaimed spring structure <br /> A tract of land in the NW1/4, NE1/4, section 30, Township 205, Range 69W, 6th P.M., <br /> encompassing the reclaimed Magpie spring structure. This area includes the former <br /> spring location, including approximately 50 feet upstream, and the full length (approx. <br /> 150 feet) of the reclaimed delivery pipe underlying the rip-rap channel of the Perma- <br /> nent Magpie Diversion channel.
