Type of mining operation and substance to be mined: <br /> This will continue to be open pit sand and gravel mining operation. <br /> 7. Site location: <br /> The amendment area will be adjacent to the existing operation in the NE1/4 of Section <br /> 34, Township 5 North, Range 58 West, 6 h P.M. <br /> 8. Legal description: <br /> The legal description for the amendment area is in Exhibit A. This amendment adds 36.4 <br /> affected acres to the already approved permit. <br /> 9. Proposed post mining land use: <br /> The proposed post mining land use for the proposed amendment area will be rangeland. <br /> 10.
