The required fee was submitted with the original amendment <br /> application which was found incomplete. This document replaces the original amendment <br /> application. The proposed expansion will add 36.4 mineable acres to the existing 40-acre permit <br /> area. <br /> Morgan Sand& Gravel, Inc.'s office is located at 21215 State Highway No. 52,Fort Morgan, <br /> Colorado, 80701, north of Fort Morgan, Colorado. One must however describe where such non-submitted <br /> information and exhibits may be located. In summary, all such non-submitted information may <br /> be found in the original permit application and subsequent technical revisions and amendments <br /> to Permit M 1977-094. <br /> There are no proposed changes to the existing permit, other than the addition of the 36.4 acres. <br /> The proposed amendment area will be mined and reclaimed in the same fashion as laid out in the <br /> existing mining and reclamation plans.
