The facility <br />experienced precipitation between 0.09 and 0.36 inches (measurable precipitation) for the 24-48 hours prior, as recorded on the enclosed weather report. No mine waters are discharged to this pond, resulting in stormwater runoff loading only. Therefore, the TSS and Total Iron effluent limits do not apply to <br />the discharge on 10/11/2016, rather the Settleable Solids limit of 0.5 mL/L should apply.
