The mine is in temporary cessation and no <br />activity is occurring on the mine site. Records are kept at Jim Stover's office in Grand Junction. Records were <br />checked on the afternoon of 1/24/2017. The mine inspecteion was conducted in the morning of 1/25/2017. <br />No personnel are located at the mine site. The site is snow covered with 4-8 inches of snow. <br />AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS — Rule 5.02.4(1): <br />Record were checked at the Stover office in Grand Junction. Records list is included at the back of this <br />report. <br />FISH and WILDLIFE — Rule 4.18: <br />The mine site and access road were snow covered. The only tracks in the snow were limited to bird <br />tracks, rabbit tracks and coyote tracks. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05 <br />Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br />Ditches along the access road to the mine office appeared functional. The site was covered with 4-8 <br />inches of snow. the sump east of the Salt Creek Bridge was holding a small puddle of water mixed with the snow. <br />Air temperature was just above freezing at the time of the inspection. The pond was inaccessible due to the snow. <br />The inspector did not progress east of the mine office due to the slow going in the snow, so drainage and sediment <br />control was not observed at the portal area. <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br />No problems were observed at the mine access road, and office area. <br />ROADS — Rule 4.03 <br />Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4) <br />Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 1 <br />Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 3 <br />Page 2 of 6 <br />
