In March of 2016,our office has
reviewed the project materials pursuant to the State Register Act(CRS-24-80-104). At the time,
we found that the proposed project would have no adverse effect on historic properties. It does
not appear that the application or project materials have changed since the original amendment
filing(on 12 February 2016), and as such, we continue to believe that this project will have no
adverse effect on historic properties.
If you have any questions, please contact Joseph Saldibar, Architectural Services Manager, at
(303) 866-3741.
Sincerely, '
'sieve T ne , IA
State Hi c Preservation Officer
OFFICE OF ARCHAEOLOGY AND HISTORIC PRESERVATION
303-866-3392*Fax 303-866-2711 *E-mail:oahp(a)state.co.us* Internet:www.historycolorado.org
