As most of Colorado has <br />not been inventoried for cultural resources, our files contain incomplete information. Consequcnty there is the <br />Possibility thatas yet unidentified cultural resources exist within the proposed permit arca. We do note that the <br />permit application states that all mining and reclamation activities has already occurred. <br />We thank VOL) for the opportunity to comment.
