The inspection was <br />conducted by Clayton Wein accompanied by Jim Stark, both of the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining a nd <br />Safety (the Division). Bill Bear of Bowie Resources, LLC and Tamme Bishop of J.E. Stover and Associates were <br />present for the inspection. The weather was cloudy with a temperature of 40 degrees farenheight. The entire mine <br />site was covered with several inches of snow. Due to the snow cover, the East and West Mine sites were <br />inaccessable by vehicle. The mines were obsereved from the roadside, no issues were noted. The loadout is <br />currently being used by the Bowie No. 2 Mine as a storage and lay -down area. <br />SUPPORT FACILITIES - Rule 4.04: <br /> The loadout for the Bowie No. 1 Mine is currently being used by the Bowie No. 2 Mine for storage and as <br />a lay-down area. During the inspection there was snow covering most of the site. The loadout is well kept and <br />there are no off site impacts.
