A parcel of land located in a portion of the South '/2 of Section 27, Township 10 South, Range 98
West of the Sixth Principle Meridian in Mesa County, Colorado, being more particularly described in
two separate parts as follows:

Commencing at the South '/4 corner of said Section 27, which is a 1987 brass cap P.L.S. 11980,
whence the Southwest corner of Section 27, which is a 1952 U.S. BLM brass cap, bears North
89°55'07" West with all bearings contained herein relative thereto. Thence North 02°57'56" West
593.90 feet along the Easterly line of the SW 1/4 of said Section 27 to the Northerly ownership line
of the Union Pacific Railroad, this being the POINT OF BEGINNING;

bears South 78'1 V52" East 153.27 feet; Thence 592.86 feet along the arc of a curve to the left,
