As indicated m your letters dated anuary 20, 2017, there was no 2015 Annual Map included <br /> with the Annual Reports for either permit, nor was received per your record. Please note that per rule <br /> 1.15(2)Annual Report Inclusions, states the following: <br /> "If no new disturbances or reclamation have occurred during the previous ear and no changes <br /> to the pervious year's map are necessary, then no new map is required,provided that the <br /> Operator shall state this in the Annual Report." <br /> I do apologize for the confusion; as though it looks as I clearly marked the Map Attached: <br /> indication area. Nevertheless, within the report it clearly reflects that no new disturbance or reclamation <br /> has been performed as per specified items 7-12; therefore,no map was included within the report.
