The bond release <br />application was found complete by this Division on January 24, 2017. Bond Release application <br />No. 6 (SL-6) represents a request for partial Phase I release of 94.9 acres and a partial Phase III <br />release of 277.2 acres of reclaimed lands associated with the Seneca Yoast Mine. All areas <br />associated with this SL-6 application were reclaimed between 1997 and 2013. The surface <br />ownership is federal, state and private, and the coal mined was federal, state and private. <br /> <br />We will contact you to advise you of the Division's required bond release inspection of the site as <br />soon as it has been scheduled.
