This source shall be limited to a maximum raw coal production rate of <br />86 tons /hour and 351,000 tons /year, and all other activities, operational <br />rates, and numbers of equipment as stated in the application. <br />4. Daily and annual records of coal crushing shall be maintained by the <br />applicant and made available to the Division for inspection upon request. <br />5. This permit number shall be clearly marked on each separable major component <br />of the equipment for ease of identification. Applicant shall provide manu- <br />facturer, model, and serial number of crusher prior to Final Approval. <br />6. Each time this equipment or any separable major component thereof is moved <br />to a new location within the State of Colorado for a period of thirty (30) <br />days or longer, the applicant shall file a Revised Air Pollution Emission <br />Notice at least thirty days prior to relocation. <br />7. This source is subject to Colorado and Federal New Source Performance Standard <br />Requirements of Regulation No. 6, Subpart B, Section XXIII, which limits <br />emissions of particulate to 20% opacity, and emission rate of 35.3 lbs. /hour. <br />8.
