NEW CASTLE ENERGY CORPORATION <br />Emission Permit NO: 85GA335 (1) <br />• Initial Approval <br />Page 2. <br />L <br />0 <br />4. Emissions of air pollutants shall not exceed the following limitations <br />(as calculated in the Division's preliminary analysis): <br />Particulate Matter: 0.17 lbs. /hour and 0.20 tons /year. <br />Sulfur Dioxide: 0.16 lbs. /hour and 0.18 tons /year. <br />Nitrogen Oxides: 2.35 lbs. /hour and 2.76 tons /year. <br />Volatile Organic Compounds: 0.16 lbs. /hour and 0.19 tons /year. <br />Carbon Monoxide' 0.51 lbs. /hour and 0.60 tons.year. <br />5. This source shall be limited to a maximum consumption rate as listed <br />below and all other activities, operational rates and numbers of <br />equipment as stated in the application. Annual records of the actual <br />consumption rate shall be maintained by the applicant and made available <br />to the Division for inspection upon request. <br />Consumption of diesel fuel shall not exceed 5 gallons /hour or 11,760 gallon /year. <br />6.
