for the Coal Ridge No. 1 Mine operated by NCIG Financial, Inc. This letters serves to inform you
that the Division has approved the release of $56,800 of this CD to NCIG Financial, Inc. 'as part of a
bond release procedure for the Coal Ridge No. 1 Mine. Please withdraw $56,800 from CD #
0133666870 (1013366687000) and transfer it to account # 7061862501.
It is the Division's understanding that the amount of the CD #0133666870 (1013366687000) will be
$43,200.00 and that the CD will remain payable to the Division.
