Sample adequacy for total first hit vegetation cover was achieved for the BRB PSCM-2 Phase III
bond release area and the sagebrush and mountain brush reference areas in 2012 and 2014.
Sampling results and statistics for total first hit cover are summarized below in Table 2. See
report pages 18, 24 and 25 and Table C-4 in the vegetation report contained in Attachment D.
Sample adequacy was achieved for both reclaimed and reference areas in 2012 and 2014.
