This techni- cal revision proposes a modification to the vegetation sampling methodologies and vegetation success standards for the Williams Fork Mines. The Williams Fork Mines is a/an under- ground coal mine located in Moffat County, approximately 7 miles SW of Craig, Colorado Coal interest is federal, state and private, and the surface af- fected is federal, state and private land. The pend area encompasses approxi- mately 6,363.00 acres. This proposed decision is based on a finding that the proposed operation will comply with all requirements of the Colo- rado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act, Section 34 33 101, et seq , C.R.S., and the regulations promulgated there- under. Copies of the proposed decision, mclud- Ing stipulations, are on file for public in- spection at the Colorado Division of Rec- lamation, Miring and Safety, Room 215, Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street, Deriver, Colorado 80203.
