<br />of commercial scale boilers. Experience
<br />installing or maintaining both hydronic and
<br />steam systems, as well as operational
<br />familiarity with commercial, large scale
<br />HVAC systems is also required. Part-time
<br />experience will be prorated. Substitution for
<br />experience: Successful completion of a for-
<br />malized plumbing, pipefitting, steam fitting,
<br />or heating, ventilation and air conditioning
<br />apprenticeship program, or higher level,
<br />non -correspondence course work in the
<br />same fields from an accredited vocational
<br />school or university may substitute for the
<br />experience on a year -for -year basis. An
<br />unofficial copy of transcripts or certificates
<br />must be attached to qualify for this substitu-
<br />tion.
<br />Position is a full-time regular appointment.
<br />This is an essential services, non-exempt
<br />position, eligible for overtime and on-call
<br />pay. Beginning wage is dependent upon

<br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation,
<br />Mining and Safety (DRMS), has issued a
<br />proposed decision to approve Bond Re-
<br />lease Application No. 1 (SL -1) for the Ohio
<br />Creek Mine No. 2, Permit No. C-1980-002.
<br />This decision constitutes a full release of
<br />reclamation liability for the O.C. Mine No. 2.
<br />Pursuant to Rule 3.03.3(1), the Division is
<br />proposing to terminate its jurisdiction over
<br />this entire coal mining operation. The under-
<br />ground operation is a revoked site, revoked
<br />Gunnison Country Times
<br />under the provisions of the Colorado
<br />Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act of
<br />1979. The bond release application was
<br />initiated by DRMS on March 22, 2016. The
<br />affected area is located in Gunnison County,
