This office approved the change of <br />operator from Ca1X Minerals to RMR Aggregates, pending the acceptance of a satisfactory replacement bond on <br />October 26, 2016. <br />Per 43 CFR 3809.116 and 3809.570, the BLM Colorado River Valley Field Office accepts this financial <br />warranty as a satisfactory replacement bond. Additionally, per the terms of the Financial Warranty Corporate <br />Surety on Bureau of Land Management Land dated November 8, 2016, the financial warranty shall not be <br />released until the Board is advised in writing by the BLM that the Operator's obligations to the BLM have been <br />satisfied.
