<br /> <br />Public Notice <br /> <br /> <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, of the Colorado <br />Revised Statutes, hereby issues notice that on January 16, 2017, a minor revision application (MR-303) to <br />the Foidel Creek Mine, Permit No. C-1982-056, operated by Twentymile Coal, LLC, 29515 Routt County <br />Road No. 27, Oak Creek, CO 80467 was considered complete for the purposes of filing. Installation and <br />reclamation of a test borehole located on the existing constructed pad for the Sandstone Substation <br />adjacent to Routt County Road 27 (RCR27). The test borehole is to be used to evaluate the condition of <br />the No. 1 Entry to the 3SW Gateroad as a possible loaction for an additional thickener underflow <br />borehole. The applicant is not proposing additional surface disturbance outside of the area currently <br />approved for disturbance. All reviews and comment periods as provided in the Act and Regulations <br />promulgated thereunder initiate from this date of filing. <br /> <br /> <br /> Posted January 13, 2017 <br /> <br /> C-MR-03
