The <br />inspection was conducted aerially by Harry Rainy of the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and <br />Safety (DRMS). Images were analyzed and the report prepared by by me, Robin Reilley also of the <br />DRMS. As this was an aerial inspection, noTrapper Mine representative was present. Snow was present <br />throughout the mine operation. The weather was clear. Main haul roads appered clear of snow and no <br />hudrologic or air quality issues were detected in the imagery. <br />
