No mine <br />representative was present during the inspection. Weather conditions were coudy with the temperature aroundt <br />thirty degrees fahrenheit. Ground conditions were partially snow cover. <br />BACKFILL and GRADING – Rule 4.14 <br />Contemporaneous Reclamation 4.14.1; Approximate Original Contour 4.14.2; Highwall Elimination 4.14.1(2)(f); <br />Steep Slopes 4.14.2, 4.27; Handling of Acid and Toxic Materials 4.14.3; Stabilization of Rills and Gullies 4.14.6: <br />Spoil was being hauled and dumped along the east end of the South Taylor Pit. <br /> <br />The West Pit 2016 reclamation parcel was inspected. No signs of erosion or gullying can be observed. Slopes and <br />drainages all blend well into each other and no issues can be observed. <br /> <br />South Taylor Pit. <br /> <br />EXCESS SPOIL and DEVELOPMENT WASTE – Rule 4.09 <br />Placement; Drainage Control; Surface Stabilization: <br />Spoil is currently staged along the southern end of the West Pit. Containment berms can be seen separating the <br />spoil stockpiles and the reclaimed sections of the West Pit. No issues were observed. <br />
