The mine is a reclaimed surface
mine. Activity on the property is mostly limited to livestock grazing, some hunt ing, monitoring and maintenance.
Little activity occurs during the winter months. The permanent roads are not maintained or plowed during the
winter months.

The site is snow covered. Roads appear impassible.
HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05
Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10;
Diversions 4.05.4; Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18:
The watershed for pond 005 is snow covered. Taller vegetation protrudes through the snow cover,
providing browse for wildlife. Stock tanks T-20 and T-18 were visible and snow covered. The spring west of T-
20 appears to be flowing. Drainages 005-E1, and 005-W1 appear to be in good order.

Stock tank T-6 is snow covered with a frozen pool of water. No concerns were noted with this impoundment.

Pond 006 has a frozen pool of water and is snow covered. Large animal tracks are noted leading to this pond.

PM-3 and PM-2 drainage are snow covered but appear functional.

Spoil Spring east of Pond 016 appears to be flowing, based upon the open channel westward from the spring
location.

Pond 016 contains a frozen pool of water and is snow covered.

PM1-A was snow covered but appeared functional.
