Thanks for the call — As you are aware, we just submitted the Adequacy Responses for the Seneca IN Renewal, and I
hope to move ahead shortly on review and responses for the Yoast Permit Renewal. In order to allow adequate time for
your review of our response package and preparation of the related decision document, we request that the decision date
for the Seneca IIW Renewal be extended to January 6, 2017. It is our hope that the review/decision on this can be
completed prior to year-end. With both our review/response and your review/decision on the Yoast renewal pending, we
request that the decision date for the Yoast Renewal be extended to January 31, 2017.
The following is the text of my 09/19/16 email on the bond reduction, and I have attached the scanned submittal, for
your reference.
