Proposed Permanent Hay Shed
To Whom It May Concern:
In accordance with Section 2.05.5(1)(b) of the Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land
Reclamation Board for Mining, this letter serves to notify the Division of Reclamation, Mining
and Safety that TMR47, LLC wishes to retain the "Hay Shed" listed in Table 2.05.3(3)-4 as a
permanent structure. It should be further noted that TMR47, LLC is the legal owner of record of
the surface property on which the hay shed will be constructed.
