Pavement <br /> still needs to be completed for project is finalized. <br /> 9 Pave 2700 Road and BB Road in original locations and restore Sunshine 2010 <br /> Ranch Corner intersection. <br /> 10 Remove BB Road detour and reclaim road area 2009 <br /> 11 Mine west to last cut at western permit boundary 2013 <br /> 12 Backfill final cut with overburden stockpile 2015 <br /> 13 Retopsoil and revegetate final cut area 2018 <br /> 14 Replace BB Road from Sunshine Ranch Corner to western boundary. 2015 <br /> 15 Continue to irrigate and monitor reclaimed areas until final bond release. 2015 - Bond <br /> Release <br /> As of PR-08, the Sunshine ranch intersection has been restored but paved. The BB Road Detour <br /> will be reclaimed by the end of 2009, except for the portion on the Benson east property, which <br /> will remain at the request of the landowner. A letter from the landowner certifying his desire for <br /> the road to remain can be found in Attachment 2.05.3(3)-8. A section of BB Road Detour road to <br /> the CCC Ditch head gate will also be retained at the request of the landowner. Please see <br /> Section Q Support Facilities, Item 10 Roads.
